• Performance of works according to deadlines and schedule
• Adhering to the budget and saving money
• Documentation (calculation of working time, authorisations, approvals, etc.)
• Assessment and analysis of suppliers
• Handling of complaints and customer feedback
• You are enthusiastic and love communication
• You can use Autocad and Excel
• Inspection of the quality of completed works

Requirements for applicant

• HIGHER EDUCATION or vocational secondary education in CONSTRUCTION
• 2-3 years of site management experience
• Good Estonian, Russian and English language skills
• Good stress tolerance and calmness
• The desire and ability to challenge yourself and achieve the established goals
• Conscientious, punctual, analytical
• Good communication skills
• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, MS Project)
• Ability to work with design documents
